Pregnancy is a stage of life, which is cherished by families due to the emotional and social joy that it brings. It is therefore sad that some families are deprived of this happiness due to maternal and neonatal mortality, morbidity, and disability. Every mother or baby is subject to the risks of pregnancy, labor, and delivery. However, the risks in less developed countries in Sub-Saharan Africa are higher.

Radiant Maternal Care is an important part of the ongoing effort to prevent maternal and child death and disability, reduce mortality in preterm low birth weight infants in the community, by significantly improving pregnant mother’s access to pre-natal care in a life-saving health clinic. In addition, Radiant  provides health care education and counseling to ensure that women in rural Ghana have access to the information and care they need to go through pregnancy and childbirth safely.
